Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have an easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product. Items that have reduced selling price are considered as sale items and which are sold at full price are considered non-sale (fresh) items.
Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered :
If you have received a damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at amisutraa@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of pictures of the material with an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
We will try and replace the product as soon as possible or issue a full refund if you wish to.
Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
At Amisutraa each product is quality checked, verified, and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we refund the full cash amount.
Sale of clearance sale items as defined are final and will not be exchanged.
Your refund will be processed and should be credited to your provided bank account within 5-7 working days.
Note: Any customizations (Pico Fall, Blouse, Lehenga Stitching) done in the Amisutraa Store cannot be exchanged or returned. Rs.200 will be deducted for every item returned as a operation and processing fee.
Do not like the product / Product not as per the picture shown :
We understand that in some cases that you may not like the product which you have received, or you feel that the product is different from what was shown. There might be several reasons for that. However, we do have a flat 48-hour exchange/return policy in such cases and Rs.200 will be deducted for every item exchange/return as a operation and processing fee. It is applicable in the case of non-sale items. Items that have reduced selling price are considered as sale items and which are sold at full price are considered non-sale items.
Please mail at amisutraa@gmail.com with the order number and reason for return. We will get back to you with the return approval. Please send the package back to us on your cost and share the Tracking number and Shipment Image in 24 hours.
As soon as we receive the product, you will get Amisutraa Coin (Wallet) which can be used to purchase the product of your choice selected from the website. Just note the code number of the product.
Amisutraa Coin is valid for a lifetime. There is no expiry date of such coins.
We do add new sarees to our collection every month so we are sure that you will be able to find a suitable item from our ever-increasing collection.
Refund is given only in case of Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item.

The received product may exhibit a colour variation of up to 10% due to differences in phone camera and screen settings. Please be aware of this possibility when making your purchase.

Screen and Camera Settings: Kindly understand that the appearance of the product may vary based on individual phone camera and screen settings. These settings can affect the perception of color and may not accurately reflect the true shade of the product.
Stitching Problems for International Customers :
We at Amisutraa, very well keep in mind to get the perfect stitch work done to provide you the best-fitted product.
We do recommend you get the product stitched with your private tailor for the best fit, however, we understand in certain international locations stitching is not possible or it is very close. Hence, we provide this service at a nominal cost.
We recommend that when you select the standard size you also put the detailed sizing for the order in the comments section which is taken from your tailor. Standard sizing may not fit all and in most cases, alterations are required.
We can alter the product for you free of cost, but you will have to send the product at your own expense, and we will alter it and send it back to you. One side shipping charge company will bear.

In any case, the stitched product will not be taken back and money will not be refunded.
Beads and Sequences coming off :
We hope that people who buy products with beads and sequences understand that it has a tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping, this cannot be avoided. Most of such problems can be avoided during stitching. A tailor can hide the part which has fewer sequences or he can fix it all together. Before returning the product, please ask your tailor if it can be adjusted. Even if we replace such items there are high chances that you will receive a similar product again.
Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service within 24 hrs from the date of purchase.
Provide the order details and reason for exchange. Our representative will guide you through the exchange process and exchange timeline.
Refund Policy:

Terms & Conditions for Customization Orders
Prepaid Orders Only:
All customization orders must be prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) for customized products.
No Returns, No Exchanges:
Customized products are made specifically for you based on your specifications. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any customized orders. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Processing Time:
Customization orders require a processing time of 6-7 working days to create. Once the product is completed, it will be dispatched from our end.
Additional Charges:
Customization orders incur an extra charge, starting at a minimum of 700 INR. The final charge will depend on the complexity and specifics of the customization requested.
Order Confirmation:
Upon receiving your order and payment, we will confirm the details with you to ensure accuracy. Any delays in confirmation may affect the processing time.
Dispatch and Delivery:
After the customization period of 6-7 working days, your order will be dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Exchange Policy for Amisutraa
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are applicable only within 2 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Exchange Procedure
Contact Amisutraa via email at amisutraa@gmail.com or call or whatsapp us on +91 9909007800 to initiate the exchange process.
Provide order details, reason for exchange, and desired replacement product (must be of equal or higher value). Await approval from Amisutraa before proceeding.
3. Exchange Approval and Costs
If the exchange is approved by Amisutraa :
You will be responsible for both-way shipping charges.
Reverse pick-up charge of Rs 200 will be applicable.
New product dispatch charge of Rs 200 per product will apply.
Any price difference between the returned product and the selected replacement must be paid to Amisutraa prior to dispatch.
4. Product Selection
You may select any product from our website that is of equal or higher value than the original purchase. If the replacement product’s value exceeds that of the returned item, the additional amount must be paid in advance.
5. Conditions for Exchange
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Products eligible for exchange must be in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
